5 Cent Centennial of the Sokols - Physical Fitness stamp was issued in the United States on February 15, 1965.  This stamp commemorates the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Sokol athletic organization in the US, and promotes the importance of physical fitness.  

This was beautifully printed by the US Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
