Issued on February 23, 1980, this commemorative stamp celebrated Rotary International's 75th Anniversary.  The multicolored stamp has a prominent design of a globe and the San Francisco Emblem.  

Rotary International is a non-political and non-religious organization that provides humanitarian service and advances goodwill.  Its headquarters is in Evanston, Illinois, USA.
