The USPS Forever stamps - Four Flags - Freedom, Liberty, Equality and Justice were issued on  February 22, 2012.  

The quartet of stamps features the US flag.  On the bottom of each stamp, a single word appears in large black typeface: Freedom, Liberty, Equality, and Justice.
